  1. Show change history for last update user

We need to see change history for a password, for example

    1. Date a password was added and the user who added it

    2. Date a password was updated, which field changed, and the user who did the change

This will help us manage hundreds of passwords on our team because the user and the date gives more context.

This will make it easier to manage hundreds of passwods

  2. Add overflow-y: scroll to main drop down list of stored passwords so that the vertical scrollbar doesn't shift layout as it shows and hides

When searching for a password to fill, the Chrome Extension initially shows all passwords (and a vertical scrollbar). As I type in the filter to narrow down the results, once the list becomes short enough, the vertical scrollbar disappears, and contents of the dropdown shifts to compensate.
This is a minor, innocuous fix to a major eye sore: with less jumping and shifting, the application will /feel/ and /appear/ more stable and professional.

Thanks - Keep up the good work!

  3. Login form fill improvements

A lot of website forms work great, some more than others. Some don't work so great with TeamPassword's autofill.

For example, not every username/email input actually has a [type="text"] which make me having to type in a username or email address every time (systems like jenkins, mediawiki). I believe it's safe to assume you can fill an input without a type-attribute when it is one of two possible username/password input elements (i.e. excluding ([type="checkbox'"] and the like) in the same form and the other is [type="password"].

Other login pages have multiple [type="text"] and TeamPassword decides to fill in all of…

  4. Reduce font size on password list (titles are cut off)

The font size on the password list on both the web app and browser extension is way too big. Half my password titles are cut off, and this starts to make it real annoying to find the one I need.

    A list of

    someClient Digital Oce...
    someClient Digital Oce...
    someClient Digital Oce...

is not very helpful. I suppose I could reduce my title size, but still, the current font allows only 25 characters to display in the title, and that's far too few.

  5. API access

I need an API endpoint to send and retrieve passwords from TeamPassword.

For example, my application needs SSH keys that are currently stored in TeamPassword. I need a way to programmatically give them to my app.

  6. Add child groups for users to organize by type

As it stands today, if I've got multiple vendor passwords, I need to append the vendor name in the title. It would be nice to be able to organize them in groups so that I could just drop all vendor specific passwords in one place and drop the vendor from the password name. Not a huge fan of the long scrolling list to the left. I do understand I can use the search function, but that assumes you remember what you're looking for. ;)

May be tagging passwords would be another way to do this.

  7. Add groups to users (rather than users to groups)

Sometimes it's useful for us to be able to add several groups to a user (e.g. a new employee) rather than having to iterate through all of the groups and add that user to each of them... the current modality requires several client/server roundtrips... it would be nice to have a user page where we could select the groups IN ADDITION to the already-existing group pages where we add users.

  8. Disable non admin users/employees from being able to create a "private" login

It would be nice if employees couldn't create "private logins that the admin cant see. Plus if we need to remove an employee do these private login disappear?

  9. Add the ability to add more than 1 website

For our dev sites, we'll usually have a dev site and a live site, both with different URLs of course. It's be nice to have the ability to add them both to one login.

  11. Create ability to lock some passwords to be changed only by admin

We don't want everyone to have access to change all passwords to every item. We would love to be able to "secure" some to only be updated by the admin

  12. Improve the onboarding process by having a import system from 1Password, Keepass/KeepassX, Lastpass, Lastpass Enterprise, CSV, Excel, TSV...

Onboarding is crucial. This is one of the main drawbacks that stopped you from getting us as a client. We had a major library of passwords, over 500 of them and there's no way we'd have a person sitting and entering them by hand.

  13. Option to "Forget This Device"

While logging in with Two-Factor Authentication, there's a checkbox to "Remember This Device". I thought a cookie was being used to store this setting, but even after removing all cookies, I was not prompted for my 2FA code. Within my account, there's no way to "forget this device". How is TeamPassword remembering this? Can we be given some control over this setting post-login?

  14. make invoices go to a specific email address

Is it possible to set up a billing email address? The invoices currently go to our CEO and he has to forward them to me. It would be best if we could designate a separate email address for billing/invoices.

  15. Add the ability for a user or admin to reset a login to TeamPassword.

We had a new user forget their TeamViewer login credentials, which is when we discovered:

    1) A user doesn't the the option to reset a forgotten password from the login screen.

    2) An Admin doesn't have the option to reset an existing users password.

    3) If an admin removes a user from TeamPassword, and then adds them back, it just relinks to the account and old password.

  17. Share passwords with teams that I'm not a member of

When I create a password I should be able to share it with another team, that I'm not a member of.

e.g. I sign up for a service, I need to let our finance team have access, so they can pay invoices.

  18. Add Markdown to notes field

The notes field is handy, it would be good to be able to added some basic formatting (headings, bullets, etc) to the text via Markdown.

  19. Ability to add types other than websites

I'd really like to see the ability to add things like Driver's License, Frequent Flyer, User identity info (name, phone, ssn, passport #, etc.).

  20. Allow an admin to turn on dual factor for all users

I would like to be able to force all of the users on our account to use dual factor authentication. This would, of course, only be able to be enabled by admins.
